• Name, contact details and trade or job interest you submit in forms
• Resumes and supporting documents you upload
• Passport, certificate and medical information, only after you are shortlisted and have given consent
• Technical data such as pages visited, used to keep the site working

How we use it

• To assess your application and contact you about jobs
• To share your profile with an employer, only for roles you have agreed to be considered for
• To process visa, medical and travel arrangements for selected candidates
• To answer enquiries from employers and partners

Sharing

We share personal data with employers, medical centres, visa and government authorities only as needed for your placement. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep candidate records for as long as needed for recruitment and legal obligations, and delete or anonymise them afterwards. You can ask us to delete your profile at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to info@example.com and we will respond within 30 days.
