For candidates
Do I have to pay to apply for a job?
No. Applying to a listed job is free. You only pay official government fees where they apply, such as medical tests and passport-related charges, and you always receive a receipt.
How long does the process take after I am selected?
It depends on the country and your documents. Medical, visa and emigration clearance usually take between four and ten weeks. We tell you the expected timeline when you are selected.
What documents should I keep ready?
A passport with at least 18 months validity, photographs, trade and education certificates, and experience letters. Some countries also need police clearance. Our guide on visa documents has the full list.
I applied but have not heard back. What should I do?
Call or WhatsApp us with the name you applied under and the job you applied for. Applications are reviewed in order, and we contact shortlisted candidates directly.
What is an ECR passport and does it affect me?
If you hold an ECR passport and travel to certain countries for work, you need emigration clearance before you leave. We handle this for you. Your recruiter will confirm whether it applies.
For employers
How quickly can you supply workers?
For common trades we can present a shortlist within a week of receiving a signed requirement. Deployment depends on visa timelines, which we plan with you.
Do you test candidates' skills?
Yes. We run practical trade tests for welders, electricians, drivers and technicians and share the results with your team before interviews.
What happens if a selected worker withdraws?
We keep a reserve list for each requirement. Replacement terms are agreed in your service agreement before we begin.
Need staff for a project?
Tell us the trades, headcount and start date. We reply with a plan and timeline within one working day.
Looking for work abroad?
Send your resume once. We contact you when a job matches your trade and experience.
